Ans:

The obligor may pay off taxes in person at Administrative Enforcement Branch or has alternatives as below:

1.Delegating consignee to pay off taxes at Administrative Enforcement Branch.

2.Paying off taxes in person or delegating consignee to do that at transferring agencies indicated on the enforcement order and then fax the receipts to Administrative Enforcement Branch.

3.Paying off the taxes with a draft from a post office or a bank check which are forbidden endorsing, forbidden transferring and forbidden ruling and then mail it in registered mail to Administrative Enforcement Branch. Kindly be noted that the name of the transferring agency should be written in the Remittee blank on a draft or a check.

Remarks:

1.The new measure concerning the taxes can be paid off at Convenience Stores was launched on July, 2008.

2.Please notice that all Administrative Enforcement Branches will NEVER request obligors to make a wire transfer via ATM to pay off taxes.
