1. Case received by Mail Room

2. Case-distribution Room distributed to Clerk of different section

3. Enforcement Officer executing case

4. After decision by the higher-up Notification for payment
    4-1. Unpaid
          4-1-1. Check on property
                   4-1-1-1. If property is owned then Execution decree
                               4-1-1-1-1. Case close after Case transferred to Care-transferring organization
                               4-1-1-1-2. No bank deposit,salary,or other money for paying the debts
                                               4-1-1-1-2-1. Case close after Issuing debt certificate
                                               4-1-1-1-2-2. Case close after Seize movable and immovable properties to Price appraisal and Auction
                               4-1-1-1-3. Partial settlement of debts
                                               4-1-1-1-3-1. Case close after Issuing debt certificate
                                               4-1-1-1-3-2. Case close after Seize movable and immovable properties to Price appraisal and Auction
                   4-1-1-2. If there is no property, the case will be closed after issuing a debt certificate
     4-2. Go to pay at designsted organization
           4-2-1. Case close after Case transferred to Care-transferring organization
