1.Eligibility for Installment Payment of Execution Amounts:

If the obligor meets any of the following conditions, this Branch may, upon its authority or the obligor’s request, and upon acquiring the consent of the transferring agency, approve the installment payment of execution amounts as appropriate:

• The obligor, due to their financial situation, is unable to fulfill their public-law monetary obligation in a lump sum.
• The obligor has suffered significant property losses due to natural disasters or unforeseen events, rendering he/she unable to fulfill his/her public-law monetary obligation in full at once.

2.Processing of Applications:

After the application is submitted, the case officer of this Branch will generally contact the obligor within five working days.

3.Approval Criteria for Installment Payment Applications:

Upon comprehensive review, the case officer reserves the right to deny an installment payment application if it is determined that the application does not meet the stipulated requirements.
