1.Application for Reissuance of Payment Notice:
If the obligor requires a reissued payment notice, he/she should submit an application explaining the reason for the reissuance.
2.Processing of Applications:
After submitting the application, the case officer from this Branch will generally contact the obligor within five working days to inform them of the review result.
3.Responsibility and Payment:
This Branch is not legally obligated to issue (or reissue) a payment notice; therefore, the applicant shall bear the necessary executive expense for reissuance. If reissuance is not approved, please promptly visit this Branch to pay by cash, credit card, or postal money order to avoid enforcement action.
