If the obligor is unable to make payments during regular office hours, they may apply for early bird or evening payment services.

2.Service Hours and Location:

Payments must be made at the Office in Hualien Branch, Administrative Enforcement Agency (No. 612, Fuqian Rd., Hualien City, Hualien County) from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM on weekdays

3.Application Deadline:

Please submit the application at least five working days prior to the intended payment date.
