1.Application for Rescheduling Report Date:

If an applicant receives a notice from us to report in person regarding their property status but is unable to attend due to a legitimate reason, they may apply to reschedule the report date.

2.Application Deadline:

Please submit the rescheduling application at least five working days before the scheduled report date. After submission, the case officer will generally notify the applicant of the review result within five working days.

3.Notification of Approved Rescheduling:

If the rescheduling application is approved, this Branch will issue a formal notice to inform the applicant of the new scheduled date.

4.Rescheduling Requests for Online Applications:

If the case officer deems in-person attendance necessary based on the specifics of the case, they may deny the rescheduling request, and the applicant must report in person as originally scheduled.
