In order to carry through the "Zero-tolerance policy of drunk (drug) driving" and curb the continued occurrence of drunk and drug driving, the Hualien Branch, Administrative Enforcement Agency, Ministry of Justice (Hereinafter referred to as Hualien Branch) enhanced the enforcement against traffic penalty cases for drunk and drug driving in Hualien and Taitung county.

This month, Hualien Branch seized 3 lands in Donghe Township, Taitung County. The obligor, surnamed Hsu, being from Donghe Township, Taitung County, owed a fine of NT$90,000 for drunk driving. After Hualien Branch’s attachment, he quickly raised money with his family and paid off the fine.
