A.    You need to submit relevant supporting documents stating that due to economic conditions or major property losses caused by natural disasters or incidents, the execution amount cannot be paid in one. After obtaining the consent of the transfer authority, the sub-department will decide whether to approve the installment after considering the case.

B.    If your instalment payment is approved by the representative, in principle, you need to bring the original copy of personal identification document, and if cannot complete the payment you will need the relevant documents to demonstrate (for instance: household registration, account book, proof of income, proof of expenditure, loan information, rental contract, etc.) If there is a guarantor, he or she should present the identity document in person.
