It depends on the evidence provided by the obligator. He/She must present relevant documents and explain the reasons why he/she can not fulfill the monetary obligations in one time due to straitened financial conditions, disasters, or severe incidents lead great property loss. After acquiring the consent from transferring agency, Administrative Enforcement Branch will verify the obligor's financial conditions, amounts owed and relevant circumstances then decide whether the application should be approved or not in accordance with the Point 4 of the “Practice Essentials for the Approval of Installments Amounts by the Administrative Enforcement Events”. The obligator may pay off the total amount in installments for 2 to 60 months.
