AnsThe objective remedial process, provided by Article 9 of the Administrative Execution Law, is to revoke, modify or suspend enforcement and is not related to judgment on actual administrative law. Because administrative procedures should be completed expediently and since the Law has stated that lodging an objection is considered a special remedial procedure, any enforcement decree, approach or other related measure within the enforcement procedure shall use special remedial procedures and not follow regular litigation procedures for administrative action in search of resolution.
